Once your payment is received the vehicle will be booked for the next available vessel to your destination. If the shipment is scheduled on roll-on roll-off (RORO), vessels are generally available - at least 1-2 ships a month. Container shipments are weekly based. Yes of course. All cars are thoroughly inspected to confirm that there is no difference between the actual specifications and those on the specification sheet. We could also provide you with an inspection certificate for clear and transparent level of certification of the vehicle for an added cost by government appointed agencies.
Yes, the data from recent auctions will be a good source of information. It indicates the prices of vehicles that have been sold over the last 3 months. Contact our representative for the comprehensive pricing.
You select a vehicle or request us to bid at auction. We inspect available data, place bids on your behalf, and once successful, proceed with payment and shipping.
Most vehicles are used and sold through auctions. They may have wear, repairs, or minor defects. We provide inspection reports, live video proof, but vehicles are sold as-is.

Auction grade is a condition rating given by inspectors in Japan (e.g., Grade 4, 3.5, R). It helps estimate the vehicle’s condition but is not a guarantee.
Yes. If you cancel at least 10 minutes before auction start, your deposit is fully refundable after deducting bank and transaction charges.
